Chenge of registered Information

 

When you change your address, status of residence, period of stay, name, nationality, or other relevant information, you have to apply to change your registered information at the municipal office where you are registered. You can make applications at the Citizens' Affairs Division in Kakogawa City Office.

• Foreign nationals over 16 can make applications in person or through a proxy.
• Family members over 16 living with the applicant can make applications as a proxy.

Name and Nationality

Applicant

Foreign nationals over 16 have to make applications in person. In the following cases, family members over 16 living with the applicant have to make applications as a proxy.

• The applicant is under 16.
• The applicant is unable to appear in person due to illness or injury.
